Hello Again
Welcome to my semi re-launched home.
I had hoped to be able to relaunch with my previous blog that was simple, but written by me, but unfortunately, I did not have a back up and after many failed attempts, I have not been able to get access to the server itself. So I start fresh.
I will be working on this slowly over the next few weeks while I try to import my history of postings from various places. I have many that were backed up since I had usually written them in notepad then uploaded them, but I have also lost a few ‘rants’.

So we got a few friends coming into town next week for PAX that will be staying with us. And i’ve put off the cleaning as long as possible, so now for the next 3 days, its cleaning.
Carpet cleaners come tomorrow, so lots to do. Whee!!!
But, least it will get me some more xp on Chore Wars

Period.
Specially when you tweaked your back in your sleep and it hurts like hell when ever you move.
Least I had a good laugh when Meg called me at noon swearing up and down she thought it was tomorrow and hadn’t said it that morning before going to work.
I know I haven’t been keeping this up to date or what not. Life just throws you curveballs.
This will be a busy month. I’ve got a few friends coming into town in about a week and half for PAX, one working it with me, the others will be attending it with Meg.
After that, who knows. Poker night is dying out, ever since Rob got his new g/f, things have not been the same there. She seems controlling and tends to bully her way into taking charge. Its no longer the guys/girls night from work and I’ve been seriously thinking of just dumping it since he won’t pick up on the queue’s.
But anywho, leave me some comments. Tell me what you would like to see me talk about. Give me some idea’s.

The wind. The rain. The additional work that comes with it.
So most have heard about the massive amounts of rain we’ve had lately the last week or so, and now, to top it off, wind. If not: http://www.komotv.com/news/4643576.html
It hasn’t been all that bad until yesterday. Downed tree’s taking the cable down with it, making it difficult for me to put ladders up to do my work, being soaked even though wearing a gortex suit, and then being cold from the wind itself.
No matter what way I parked my work van, the wind and rain HAD to blow in the direction I parked so when I opened the back doors to get tools and such, it all blew in. So gonna have some rusty tools come Sunday.
But the ground is so saturated here now, just walking on grass and such, you feel the ground sink beneath your feet. And its not even close to being done yet.
Weather service has said we will finish this month with an all time record for rainfall. Nov is generally our wettest month as it is, avg around 9 inches I believe. But so far, we’ve had 11.5 inches, and its only half way through the month.
Anyways. Gonna dry out and watch TV and play EVE.
On vacation.. Thank god.. I need it.
The last few weeks have been pretty full. With no more OT going on, other things have popped up of course. One being Meg’s step-brother dying. She’s doing good now, but for a few days there, she was a constant fountain.
Other then that, been playing EVE and working on the site, getting it ready to roll into the new version of life.
So last week was supposed to be the end of OT at work. Well, I guess in a sense it was, but not really. We’re no longer working extra days, just extra hours. I’ve gotten home no earlier then 9pm each night this week, just to get up and go back to work at 5:30am.
I really hope this isn’t going to go on much longer, its wearing rather thin, its seriously cutting into my gaming time!
On another note, one the sites I run, and have been running for a bit, has gotten a request to be bought. I’m mulling it over and asking a few of the others that have been with the site for quite awhile.
